Terms

1. Upon booking you will receive a confirmation with the details your order.

2. By 1 September 2008 you will receive an invoice from the hotel. The invoice must be paid within due time. In the case of overdue payment THE BOOKING IS NO LONGER VALID.

3. No later than 21 days before the due day of arrival, the hotel must have a complete name list with the details of the accommodation. SEND THE LIST DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL.

Cancellation fee

1. A fee equivalent to 75% of the value of the booking will be charged if you cancel your reservation later than 45 days before the due day of arrival.

2. For cancellations later than 14 days before the due day of arrival, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 100% of the value of the booking.
