Next Rally Norway 13–15 February 2009
Today FIA World Motor Sport Council appointed Rally Norway to organise Norway’s next WRC round 13-15 February 2009. Rally Norway will be the second WRC event in 2009.
“We are very pleased with FIA’s decision. For five years we have experienced a lot of uncertainty and speculations. However, since February 2007 when we successfully delivered the first WRC round ever in Norway, I have been hundred percent confident that we would become a WRC organiser in 2009,” commented Even Wiger, managing director of Rally Norway.
